🌟 On 24th April, 100 Year 7-8 pupils came together at the UEA Sportspark for the Leadership Academy, part of the Norfolk Schools Leadership Pathway! 🌟

Held at UEA Sportspark, 100 pupils took part in 4 fantastic workshops designed to build their leadership skills.

Each session was expertly led, focusing on developing confidence, teamwork, and the ability to plan and deliver activities.

Our new young leaders are now encouraged to take on extra responsibilities back at their schools — from running festivals for local primary schools to supporting extra-curricular activities!

Pupil feedback has been brilliant:
