NORFOLK SCHOOLS LEADERSHIP PATHWAY YR 5-6 ACTIVE LEADERS

🌟 Inspiring the Next Generation of Young Leaders! 🌟

32 schools from across Norfolk came together as the Norfolk School Games team delivered three action‑packed days of leadership training for Year 5 and 6 pupils.
Each school selected ten enthusiastic young people ready to empower, implement, and lead activities back in their own school communities. The programme equipped them with the confidence, skills, and resources they need to shine as leaders.
Through a mix of theory and hands‑on practical sessions, pupils explored practical leadership skills, health and wellbeing, playground games, and how to organise inclusive intra‑school events.
This training forms a key part of the Norfolk School Leadership Pathway, designed to create a lasting legacy by championing young sports leaders who can transform playtimes and support their school environment as positive role models.

👏 A huge well done to every pupil who took part - the future of leadership in Norfolk schools is looking bright.
